What kind of training is offered?
What is Training for Alcohol Professionals? 

Training for Alcohol Professionals or TAP, is a program that has been exclusively designed to meet the needs of our local hospitality industry and adheres to the specific requirements set forth by the Alaska Alcohol and Marijuana Control Office. The program consists of four main sections: 
1. Overview of Alcohol Laws
2. Rights and Responsibilities 
3. Identifying Intoxication and Preventing Drunkenness
​4. Proper Techniques for Checking Identification
What is ServSafe and ServSuccess?

ServSafe Food Protection Manager is a crucial certification in the hospitality industry or any entity that serves food. Being ANSI certified, it ensures the highest standards of food safety and enhances the safety of the establishment. In Alaska having at lease one certified individual on shift is mandatory. ServSafe also offers training on: 
1. Allergens
2. Sexual Harassment Prevention
3. De-Escalation and Active Threat Response.
Those with all of this certification are more valuable, and the entity becomes safer and reputable.
